What BW Events Does

BW Events handles every technical element of a live event, all in-house:

Lighting: Stage and room lighting designed for your specific event and run by our crew from load-in through load-out. Not a rental with a plug-it-in-and-hope setup a lighting design tuned to the room.

Sound: Microphones, speakers, monitors, and a live audio mix calibrated to the venue. Whether you have one presenter or a full panel, everything sits clean in the room and in the recording.

Video: Multi-camera coverage, confidence monitors and IMAG screens for your audience, and broadcast-quality capture. Two to five cameras depending on scope, with a live operator on each.

Staging: Stages, risers, draping, and rigging sized to your venue. We handle the build so you don't have to source it separately.

Livestream: When your event audience extends beyond the room, we put cameras in position and broadcast to YouTube, Vimeo, or a custom stream clean enough for a national broadcast rollout.

Event photography: Full event coverage delivered to your marketing folder the next business day.

Headshot booth: On-site headshots for 50 to 150 attendees. Popular at conferences and company all-hands events.

Session recordings: One camera per breakout or session, recorded and delivered in individual files — ready for internal distribution or content repurposing.

Recap reel: A 2–3 minute highlight film cut from the event footage, available same-day or within two weeks depending on your deadline.

The Problem We Designed Around

Corporate events have a vendor gap problem. The AV company doesn't coordinate with the photographer. The photographer doesn't know when the keynote starts. The video crew has different equipment than the livestream operator. How the Process Works

We designed the BW Events process to be the opposite of the typical proposal-cycle experience.

The discovery call is as long or short as you need. You describe the event, the room, the audience, and your timeline. We tell you what we'd bring and give you a real number not a range, a number, broken down line by line.

The venue walk happens before the event. Our team meets you at the space, maps the load-in path, identifies the technical requirements for each area, and builds the call sheet around your run of show.

Event day is ours to manage. You're with your guests. We're in position, on comms, and executing. When the event ends, your content doesn't disappear into a production queue. Photos hit your marketing folder the next business day, and recap content follows on the timeline we agreed on.
