Our Founder / CEO

Brent founded BW Productions 2013 because he was passionate about telling stories that matter. For the last decade he has been sculpting stories through a lens and developing longstanding relationships with clients in the nonprofit, education, and business sectors. Brent is passionate about small business, serves on multiple community boards, and advocates for the film and video industry to be more inclusive while training the next generation of creative. When Brent isn't working he enjoys cooking, spending time with his wife and daughter, and traveling the world.

VP of Happiness

Molly enjoys taking naps, greeting our guests, and making sure everyone is staying on task. She is an avid fan of treats and does not enjoy long walks on the beach.

Max Green
Max Green
Chief of Staff

Max Green, born in 1988 and raised in Ogden, Utah, graduated from Bonneville High in 2006 and studied American history at the University of Utah. He began his career at the ACLU of Utah before joining Equality Utah in 2011 as Advocacy Coordinator and Assistant Lobbyist. In 2014, Max joined Reddit Inc., where he served in roles ranging from Executive Assistant to Interim Chief of Staff. He has since supported leadership teams at five venture-backed startups and has served on the Equality Utah PAC Board since 2021. Max is a pianist, a devoted dog dad to Sammie, and a proud Utahn.

Studio Director

Alise is a multi-talented professional with a background in photography. Her keen eye for detail and artistic vision has allowed her to excel in the world of visual storytelling. Her unique background grants her an intuitive understanding of the creative process, enabling her to anticipate her clients’ needs and deliver results that consistently exceed expectations.

Bryan Casserly
Bryan Casserly
VP of Production

Bryan is a producer, writer, and actor originally from Houston Texas. Trained at the Academy of Art in San Francisco, he launched his career with roles in I Almost Got Away With It, Steve Jobs, Ted 2, The Newsroom, and festival-winning films Krisha (SXSW 2015) and Thunder Road (SXSW 2017). Beyond acting, he honed his production skills at Ridley Scott’s RSA and Scott Free in Los Angeles. As a producer, Bryan has led over 150 projects for major brands like Pokémon Go, Fox Nation, Rubicon, Venom Energy Drink, Kaiser Permanente, Emeril Lagasse and more. In leisure, he enjoys family time, skiing, writing, and road trips with his mini poodle, Benji.

Lacey Duncan
Lacey Duncan
VP of Post, Editor

Lacey is driven by empathy for others both as a storyteller and in daily life. Raised abroad for nine years of her life, she quickly grew to love the beautiful variety of friends she made from around the world. She enjoys life as a twin, pastries, and is a dog lover. She earned her Bachelor’s in Media Arts, emphasizing in documentary film at Brigham Young University, along with minors in Global Women’s Studies and Sociology.

Kiernan Dunn

Associate Producer

Kiernan graduated from the University of Utah with a BA in Film and Media. She has been involved in storytelling from a young age and frequently engages with local independent projects. Kiernan has a great passion for making all the pieces of a story come to life. Along with interning, she is a personal assistant for a local director/ producer and is eager to expand her knowledge in the industry. Outside of work she is typically on a trail, training in jiu jitsu, or tending to her sourdough.

Sydney Harrison

Assistant Editor

Sydney is a skilled assistant editor with a strong passion for film and a talent for highlighting the unique aspects of everyday stories. She earned her Media Arts degree from BYU, where she developed expertise in post-production, documentary filmmaking, and critical analysis. Her experience ranges from post-supervising, DIT, documentary editing, student teaching, and studying visual anthropology in Northern Ireland. Outside of editing, Sydney enjoys watching international films, reading regency romance novels, and reviewing movies on Letterboxd.

Zac Doggett
Zac Doggett
Production Manager

Zac Graduated from the University of Utah with a Bachelor of Arts in Film and Media Arts. He has lived his whole life watching, enjoying, and learning about the magic of the moving image arts. His journey at BW is helping him launch his way into a career in the industry he loves. In his off-time, Zac enjoys being outdoors and participating in adventure sports.

Gear Manager

Nick, a São Paulo native and Journalism student at Brigham Young University, brings a love for visual storytelling to everything he does. Whether he’s behind the camera, hiking in the mountains, or kicking around a soccer ball, Nick thrives on energy and creativity. He brings his curiosity, adaptability, and thoughtful approach to every project he takes on.

Becca uses photography as a means to capture moments filled with emotions that transcend time. She does this by crafting imagery that speaks to the core of what makes us human through creative storytelling and visuals. When she is not out photographing you will find her out in the mountains with her husband and two kids - hiking or skiing (and probably photographing too).

INTERNS

Mckenna Davies
Business Development Intern

Mckenna, a California native and Marketing student at the University of Utah, thrives on growth and curiosity. Whether she’s identifying prospects, hiking up, or skiing down Utah’s slopes, Mckenna brings dedication and focus to everything she does. Her go-getter mindset shines through in her work as a BDR intern, where she’s proactive, eager to learn, and always ready to support her team.

Faith Jex
Social Media Intern

Faith is a Strategic Communications major, with a minor in Business, at the University of Utah. She has a passion for creating content, community, and digital creativity. As a social media intern, she brings energy, empathy, and a sharp eye for audience engagement to every project. Whether she’s crafting compelling content, analyzing trends, or building brand presence, Faith thrives on connecting people through purposeful content. Outside of work, you can find her snowboarding, at football games, out on the town, or spending time with friends and family.

Maddie Bosse
Producing Intern

Maddie is excited to apply their charismatic personality and work-driven passion towards their role as a producing intern at BW Productions. Whether they’re reading their favorite book or training for the Salt Lake City marathon Maddie carries an eager energy with them wherever they go. With strong attention to detail and a collaborative approach, they are eager to gain valuable experience in the organizational side of video production.

Zoey Haug
Producing Intern

Zoey is an aspiring producer who strives to develop a varied skillset by combining her hands-on experience as a grip and gaffer with her background in literary analysis and communication. She graduated from the University of Utah with a BA in English and in Film & Media Arts, and studied abroad in Spain at the University of Alicante in an intensive language program. Zoey was born in California, but moved to Utah for the snow and is a ski instructor in the winter.

Lina Barrick
Video Production Intern

Lina recently graduated with a BA in Film and Media Arts from the University of Utah. She is passionate about visual storytelling and gaining hands on experience in camera operation. She is excited to grow in the industry and work with professionals who share her enthusiasm for impactful content. Her interest in film has been shaped by personal experiences and an appreciation for stories that reflect real perspectives.

Christian Ingargiola
Video Production Intern

Christian graduated from the University of Utah with a degree in Film & Media Arts. He is originally from Massachusetts and moved to Utah in order to pursue his career in film, fostering his love for the outdoors as well. When he is off the job you will find him out rock climbing and skiing in the mountains, or working on one of his many personal projects.
