Every nonprofit organization has a story worth sharing, a story that inspires, educates, and drives meaningful change. Yet, many nonprofits face barriers when it comes to accessing professional-quality visual storytelling resources to amplify their impact.
At BW Productions, we believe financial constraints should never limit an organization’s ability to share its narrative with the world. That’s why we’re proud to offer the Non-Profit Narrative Project; an exclusive opportunity for one deserving nonprofit to receive a promotional video completely free of charge!
What’s Included
We are offering one deserving nonprofit the chance to receive a professionally crafted promotional video at no cost.
This includes:
- A Full Day of Filming: On-location production featuring interviews and b-roll to tell your story authentically.
- Professional Deliverables: A polished video to enhance your website, social media, and campaigns.
- Collaborative Process: Two rounds of review to ensure the final materials reflect your mission and vision.
Project Timeline
Selected nonproject will collaborate with our team between March-May 2026. The general flow includes:
- Pre-production planning (2 weeks)
- One full filming day (10 hours)
- Editing & review period (3-4 weeks)
Timelines may vary slightly depending on availability and responsiveness during review rounds.
What is not included:
To keep this opportunity sustainable, the following are not included:
- Multiple filming days
- Travel outside the local region
- Additional video versions beyond the agreed deliverable
This project will be executed by our talented interns, who work under the guidance of our creative team. From pre-production to post-production, the process can take about 5-6 weeks, resulting in stunning visuals and impactful storytelling.
Selected Organization Responsibilities
The chosen nonprofit agrees to:
- Designate one primary point of contact
- Provide interview participants and story access
- Secure filming permissions for locations
- Provide logos, brand assets, and relevant information
- Participate in scheduled review deadlines
Usage
- The nonprofit receives full rights to use the video for marketing and outreach.
- BW Productions retains the right to use the video for portfolio, educational and promotional purposes.
Selection Criteria
Selection is based on:
- Strength and clarity of mission
- Potential story impact
- Community benefit
- Ability to collaborate within the timeline
- Alignment with intern learning goals
